Never. No 90-minute pitch, no manager 'calling in' to drop the price. You get one honest number and it's yours to think about.

Who actually installs the bathroom?

The owner or his own employees. Never a subcontractor. Twelve years, 2,000+ bathrooms, the owner standing in your bathroom.

What's the warranty?

The acrylic wall system carries the manufacturer's lifetime product warranty, in writing. We install it right; the manufacturer stands behind the material.

Do I need to be home during the install?

Someone should be reachable, but the work is contained to one bathroom and you can be home the whole time. Most customers go about their day.

Can I keep my existing plumbing?
